"No car was provided. No SMS sent to advise me. I called the number provided and they clearly didn’t have the booking. They said they would call me back. I called them back after 10mins and they came up with a story that the driver had an “accident”. They were trying to provide me with another vehicle and would call me back. 10mins later I had to call them back again as they didn’t call. No driver was available. I had to arrange alternate transport with another provider. I will not be using your services ever again, and have asked my credit card to dispute this transaction as it is a payment for a service not provided. Very unprofessional."
