"The driver arrived without a child car seat even though this was requested at the time of the booking. There were clearly two stops indicated in the itinerary which the driver completely ignored. He passed by the first hotel that he was meant to stop at, did not stop and carried on and when I mentioned this to him he said he just needed to go around to make it easier to get there. After 5 minutes I asked him where he was going and he said Gidleigh Park (which was the second stop). I then said to him that there was a previous stop which we had passed 5 mins ago. He said he wasn't told, then he opened the booking reservation which clearly showed there was a first stop in the booking. We carried on towards Gidleigh Park, and he took the wrong turn and was going the wrong direction for about 10 mins until I flagged this to him and said he was not going the right way. In the end we took 1hour for a trip that should have taken 30 mins. The only reason I am not giving a lower rating is because at least the driver was accommodating when we told him our train got delayed. "

"My taxi was cancelled by you by e-mail 3 hours before collection. It was only by chance that I saw the e-mail 1.5 hours before collection as I shut down my computer - why didn't you telephone to ensure I got the message? If I hadn't seen the e-mail I would have missed the flight. As it was I had to ring round in a panic to find someone else. I shall never be able to trust you again. Receiving two e-mails headed 'cancellation' I wrongly believed that my return booking had been cancelled as well. You sent me an e-mail the following day confirming the return journey but I had of course gone away and could not receive e-mail. As a result your driver - who was not waiting at the appointed time when my back-up taxi arrived, and must have been late - was left waiting around. I trusted you and you let me down badly. I expect a full refund. The mark of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong...as they sometimes do."
