As the appointment would last at least an hour we would not be on time for the return journey. Our driver accepted the possible delay 'No problem!' We rang him at about 2.30 and he picked us up a few minutes later. We were very pleased with his responsiveness and willingness to be flexible. "The journey, time and driver was all very good. The booking over the phone was problematic - the language was hard to understand and be understood. To change the time I was asked to make a second phone call to the Cab provider - and then the second one was not answering. Although I left a message there was no reassurance it had been picked up nor was it returned. This was hassle and poor service. The fixed and non-negotiable rate for a quicker more direct route was very disappointing."

As I didn't know the airport I chose a time much later than my original arrival with the plane and would have needed to wait quite a lot due to the small airport. But as the driver knew my flight number he was already there when I arrived. We could directly start and I didn't need to waste time waiting for him. He didn't know how to direct me because he didn't know where I was and it was a bit of a job finding him.. No one at the airport to direct me to the main entrance either but that was not your fault. "Hi, I was extremely disappointed in the service I received on Saturday 13th of April. Not only was my driver very late, he then tried to disagree of place to drop off. He turned up in a shabby van, wearing hiking clothes. My driver made an excuse to why he wasn't in the agreed Mercedes which was quite funny as there was piles of rubbish built up in the side pockets. I would really appreciate if this could be rectified by refund or complimentary ride. Assumed the taxi would be a marked car and meet me out front of arrivals. Was not told it would be a plain car without even a plate and to meet it in the short stay car park. I did see the driver at one point but as he was dressed as if for the beach, I assumed he was picking up a relative. Had I just taken one of the airport taxis on landing, I would have been at my final destination 50 minutes earlier than I actually arrived. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and one I will not repeat or recommend. "

However after I booked the taxi I realised that I had made an error with the time and although i sent 2 emails and spent 10 minutes on the phone (whilst on holiday) to one of your advisers, the time was not changed. The man on the phone, after putting me on hold for 10 minutes, told me the time had been changed. He tried to charge me a £5 admin fee and then changed his mind when I asked to cancel the booking. I asked him to confirm the change via email and he said that he would need to put me on hold to do that. This is unacceptable, I was not prepared to wait on hold any longer just for him to send an email. I never received the confirmation of the change and the time was not changed. The call was a complete waste of my time and money. Luckily the driver was very understanding and he was OK that we were late - we did rush to in order not to delay him and I felt that the experience made your company appear very dodgy. "

He demanded 20 Pounds for waiting time as it was my fault in his opinion. Plus 5 Pounds for trying to call me on the number which I'd given, as this was an American number starting 001... So I gave him 20 Pounds extra, which makes a total sum of 114 Pounds rather than 94 Pounds. Apart from this: The driver's driving style was all right. The car was nice and clean."
