"Taxi booked for elderly, infirm person. The driver was very helpful with stowing the Zimmer frame and bag that she was taking with her. Helpful in getting in and out of the car and escorting her to handover. She offered a tip and he politely informed her that there was no need the journey was paid for. Excellent attitude towards an elderly person."
